Jasper Coffee – Certified Fair Trade and Organic coffee
Australia's first commercial Fair Trade licenced roaster, Jasper Coffee helps create a better deal for coffee producers and their communities. Fair Trade is a commercial trading partnership which guarantees a fair living wage and improved living conditions for producers in developing countries. Jasper Coffee is organic certified by the OCIA and the producers' crops are shade grown under the indigenous forest canopy, providing a natural habitat for food and local wildlife plus a haven for migratory birds.

 

Jasper Coffee range
Ethiopian Sidamo Oromia
Strong, dense and clean. This is heart-palpatation stuff. Butter biscuit in texture with dusted cocoa and praline hints.
East Timor Maubese
A high grown Arabica with a heavy rich liquor, well balanced creamy character and chocolatey finish. A strong, coffee drinker's coffee which we serve as standard in the café.

Nicaraguan Organic
A tasty, strong tonic with nougat on the tongue, leaving a succulent, silky feel.

Wild New Guinea
This is strong, fruity coffee with a clean taste grown wild in the highlands of New Guinea. The aroma is amazing.

Mexican Chiapas
High grown Arabica from Chiapas State. A striking medium-strong coffee which has a tantalizing toasty taste and crisp sweet Riesling finish.

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
Pronounced honey almond taste, a rich smooth clean body. It's a medium blend that still has that coffee kick at the end. Proceeds of sales support World Vision's community development work.

Dominican Republic
A mellow chocolate praline hint with a deep rich body. A medium blend that is full flavoured.

Peru Café Feminino
From the Penachi region of Peru, this is a coffee produced by woman. Sweet and silky, it's a medium blend and very smooth. The growers are paid an extra 50c per kilogram (in addition to the FairTrade premium).

Fair Trade Blend
Rich succulent and creamy with a lingering coca plum finish. Medium blend.

O Blend
Three certified organic coffees blended to create creamy smooth caramel flavours with a long clean finish. Medium blend.

Nuigini Okapa
Wild New Guinea grown coffee which is providing local tribes people with a sustainable income. Heavy honey finish while still remaining a lower-strength coffee.

Peru Decaf
A decaf that actually tastes like coffee! Still balanced and displaying the praline and fruit hints of Peru Café Feminino. 100 per cent chemical free

Jasper Fairtrade Instant Coffee
Ethical coffee in an instant! Made from 100 per cent Arabica beans, this coffee gives a rich mellow flavour experience. Even the most passionate coffee drinker can't deny that this is surprisingly good on those mornings when you're in a rush.

Green Tea
Bright, refreshing and low in caffeine, green tea is an excellent source
of antioxidants and is high in vitamins C, E and Fluoride

Sencha Traditional green tea from Japan. Smooth and sweet on the palate
Sencha Vanilla Traditional green tea with natural vanilla flavour
Sencha Quince Aromatic quince with sencha green tea
Gorgeous Geisha flavoured with strawberries and cream. Nice with dessert.
Gen Mai Cha Sencha Japanese green tea and rice kernels. Smooth, refreshing and nutty.
Buddhas Tears A bud and the first two leaves are hand-shaped into tiny pearls that are rolled with fresh jasmine flowers. A very delicate and exotic tea.
Gunpowder Green tightly rolled balls of Chinese green tea which is light, a little astringent and refreshing.
Marrakech An eastern blend of gunpowder green and peppermint
China Jasmine Green tea and a touch of oolong infused with fragrant jasmine blossom

increasingly popular with its light and sweet taste and many health benefits

Pai Mu Tan A Chinese tea, it is distinctly floral and smooth on the palate
Silver Needles Hand-made from the most tender tips of the bush which are covered in downy white hairs. Also known as yinzhen

Rooibos contains no caffeine, artificial colours or preservatives and is low in tannin, making it a safe drink for adults and children. Brilliant as iced tea.

Honey Bush
